We consider the size of the property and the frequency of service requested to offer a quote for a flat-rate.
02. THE INITIAL CLEAN
The first clean takes the longest, we charge an hourly rate to get your property up to our standard of clean.

Once the initial clean is completed, we establish an ongoing flat-rate.
